Fright Shift is a narrative horror audio drama steeped in Americana—late-night highways, roadside landmarks, and the nostalgic, analog mood of a world before the digital age.

On Thursday, Oct 29 a collection of pre-recorded stories will premiere for listening experience at Carlisle Theatre.

If you enjoy a blend of horror, suspense, old-time radio, and that classic Twilight Zone–style twist, you’ll feel right at home with these unique tales.

The stories are dynamic and eclectic, but they share a common spine: the paranormal (usually ghosts) told through an automotive lens—the vehicles we drive, the places we stop, and the strange encounters that happen between point A and “you were never meant to end up here.” Some stories in the series celebrate classic car culture. What’s constant is the feeling that the road remembers, and sometimes it follows you home.
